作者介绍：
Pablo Neruda 巴勃鲁·聂鲁达(1904～1973)，原名内夫塔利·里加尔多·雷耶斯·巴索阿尔托，智利当代著名诗人。主要作品有《二十首情诗和一支绝望的歌》(1924)和《诗歌总集》(1950)。
1923年8月，他的第一部诗集《黄昏》正式出版。第二年他的成名作《二十首情诗和一支绝望之歌》问世，在这两部以爱情和大自然的风光为主题的诗集里，充满了孤独、悲伤的情调及对往事深情的回忆。

Here surrounding the island there is sea
But what sea
lt's always overflowing
says " Yes," then“No," then "No"again.
And "No,"says"Yes" in blue,
in sea spray raging,
says "No" and "No" again.
It can't be still.
It stammers "my name is sea."
It slaps the rocks,
and when they aren't convinced
Strokes them and soaks them
and smolders them with kisses.
with seven green tongues of seven green dogs,
Or seven green tigers, or Seven green seas
Beating its chest, stammering its name.
Oh, sea, this is your name.
oh, comrade ocean, don't waste time
or water getting so upset.
