It has a lot of fat, and it is not clean, so fast food is not good for our health. People who always eat it will have a disease of cancer. Doctors suggest that people should avoid eating too much fast food.
In my opinion, fast food is only a good choice when you are in a hurry. If you want to be healthy, do not go to fast food restaurants too often. And the house cooking is a good way to help improve our health standard. We should do more meals than eating fast food.

Children came to the world from the moment that many parents have a heavy work – to take care of them. But some children are unaware of how hard parents to raise them. They only care about their own play and dependence on their parents when they are in trouble.
In my opinion, children should learn to dependence, help their parents in daily life, and repay their parents with outstanding achievement. Then, parents should give their children more chances to experience the world and life around them. Thus children can have the capability to overcome the difficulties and handle problems independently.
